I would say it's great place for staying and exploring Playa del Carmen. The food is fabulous, loved continental breakfast.

All in all everything was fine, had a really enjoyable stay for 7 nights.

Great place for 1 night. Nice pool, parking nearby.

I had a perfectly pleasant stay. Unbeatable location, clean venue, welcoming staff. Fully renovated and fancy room, amazing bed. With easy check-in and fast check-out, this hotel was not big.

The property was fairly clean and convenient, had great location and atmosphere.

It was a very special experience in an economical hotel. Staff was qualified, breakfast was delicious, unique location right on the major tourist street 5th ave. All in all everything was nice, even so we had very small bathroom. We loved the breakfast.

The pool was lovely and I had warm drinks in the music bar. Had no problem using their safe parking, the internet was free😃

Prime location, nice bed, beautiful gardens. The staff were courteous! And it also had absolutely breathtaking view. I went to a good restaurant and loved the Mexican dishes.

i had fabulous days staying at this designer hotel. lovely bed and room was updated. nice service. besides, i enjoyed that it had parking nearby. location seemed best possible.

Perfect location and informative staff. Quiet and reasonably spacious room, we had a such wonderful stay. The beach was beautiful. Loved their food, it was exceptional with lots of meals. Pool was excellent and beds were comfy...

All in all a not expensive hotel and amazing stay. Prime central location, sensational breakfast, pleasant stuff. Room was recently refurbished, with a share bathroom. And it had wonderful view.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like La Famiglia that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The location was great, with Sur Steakhouse nearby. The hotel was situated adjacent to the colectivo pick up bus stop, just 10 minutes walking distance...

tropical restaurante is just a walk down to the hotel. located in 10 minutes' drive to the airport. comfortable base for a city trip in playa del carmen.
